1 Set up your online album Purchase your album before your wedding, creating unique passwords for you and your guests. We will send you personalised cards for you to include with your invitations or thank you cards, and table cards to use on your day.

2 Guests upload their digital photos of your special day After your wedding, guests log in to your secure guest area and upload their digital photos. You could even start viewing photos whilst on honeymoon.

3 Review and personalise your album Wedding of the Year ensures that no photos can be viewed by anyone else until you're ready to publish your album. Once you log in, you can create categories, change the order of photos and even add captions - creating your own personalised online wedding album.

4 Publish your album online When you are happy with your album, you can publish it for viewing by your invited guests. You can also edit your album and publish changes at any time. Your album can remain online until your 1st wedding anniversary and you may extend this if you wish.

5 Guests view your album Your published album is then viewable by your family and friends - including those who couldn't be there on your special day. Only guests with your unique guest log in details can view your album - they can also sign your online guestbook!
